NOTE: This should only be done on a test database, see wiki:SetupLocalTestAUS!!!

Go to the genso_mcc project in the conf directory. From here it is possible to batch-register SCs. Run

# ./register_entity.sh sc/xi-iv.xml (or another SC)

Do what the script tells you, and you shold register the SC in no time...

This is, as of now, the fastest way to register SCs. A database export/import could work, but the just mentioned method includes key generation.
